He also runs Pace Morby’s Subto creative financing group in Colorado and the Colorado Real Estate Collaborative. He is Admin of multiple large Facebook investing groups and is the host of the “This Month In Real Estate Investing” podcast.
As co-owner of Hybrid Real Estate Investing, James is focused on helping investors invest smarter.

In 2015, Tim founded real estate investing company, Winfrey Enterprises. Since 2003, Tim has been enjoying a successful career in the real estate industry, where he started as an unlicensed assistant working for his father.
In 2011, Tim joined the Management team at KTT inc and started working as a project manager for flip homes and received his real estate license. In 2014 he was the number one broker for completing BPO’s in the state of Illinois for Elite Premier Properties.
In 2015, Tim began working for REO agent at Z Team, where he managed the pricing and repairs of the whole REO inventory. Tim eventually became the VP of acquisitions for this team and has managed the entire flipping process for over 25 homes.
While succeeding at Z Team, Tim established his own company to pursue his dream of being a full-time entrepreneur and business owner.
