To appear on any United States Real Estate Investor® podcast or media booking, all guests must meet the following requirements:
$100 Card-On-File Cancellation Requirement
All guests are required to place a $100 card-on-file booking confirmation.
THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR THIS BOOKING
Your card WILL NOT be charged when you book.

Your card is only charged if you fail to appear at your scheduled recording time.
•
No-shows are charged without exception, including emergencies.
•
The $100 no-show fee is non-refundable.

This policy exists due to repeated last-minute cancellations that disrupt production.
Referral Requirement: All guests must refer three potential guests they personally know who may be a good fit for future appearances.
This helps us keep our guest pipeline active and efficient.
