Appearing on This Month In Real Estate Investing (TMIREI) requires advance preparation from our host, production team, sponsors, and fellow participants.

A late cancellation or missed appearance can disrupt the entire production and affect everyone who has committed time to the episode.

To protect the recording schedule, every confirmed guest must complete the requirements below before continuing with the booking process.

$100 Card-on-File Attendance Commitment

There Is No Charge to Appear

There is no fee to appear on This Month In Real Estate Investing or another approved United States Real Estate Investor® media production.

Your card will not be charged when you book.

Your payment method will be securely processed and saved through Stripe solely for the attendance commitment described on this page.

When the $100 Attendance Commitment Fee Applies

Your card will be charged $100 if you:

• Cancel your confirmed appearance fewer than sixty (60) calendar days before the scheduled recording start time
• Fail to appear at any time during the scheduled recording

A cancellation received fewer than sixty (60) calendar days before the scheduled recording start time is considered a late cancellation.

A confirmed guest is considered a no-show when the guest fails to appear at any time during the scheduled recording.

Arriving late does not constitute a no-show. However, the production may begin and proceed without the late guest, and late arrival does not guarantee participation, additional recording time, or rescheduling.

The required guest arrival time and scheduled recording time will be included in the booking confirmation and reminder communications.

The Attendance Commitment Applies Regardless of the Reason

The $100 attendance commitment fee applies regardless of the reason for a late cancellation or missed appearance, including emergencies, scheduling mistakes, time-zone mistakes, forgotten appointments, internet problems, equipment failures, or other unexpected circumstances.

United States Real Estate Investor® cannot independently investigate or verify every explanation provided after a late cancellation or missed appearance. Applying the same policy to every confirmed guest protects the value of the production schedule and ensures that all participants are held to the same standard.

The guest is responsible for:

• Reviewing the confirmed recording date
• Confirming the required arrival time
• Confirming the scheduled recording time
• Confirming the applicable time zone
• Saving the studio link or location information
• Testing the required equipment and internet connection
• Arranging any necessary personal or technical backup plans
• Making every reasonable effort to be present and ready by the required arrival time
• Submitting any cancellation in writing at least sixty (60) calendar days before the scheduled recording start time

The $100 attendance commitment fee is nonrefundable.

When the Guest Will Not Be Charged

The guest will not be charged when:

• United States Real Estate Investor® cancels the appearance
• United States Real Estate Investor® changes the confirmed date or time, and the guest does not accept the replacement schedule
• The guest cancels the appearance in writing at least sixty (60) calendar days before the scheduled recording start time
• The guest appears at any time before the scheduled recording ends, even if the guest arrives late
• The guest is present and ready, but a production problem controlled by United States Real Estate Investor® prevents the appearance
• The producer confirms in writing that a different arrangement has been approved

Canceling an appearance does not guarantee that another booking date will be offered.

Three Guest Referrals Are Required

Every guest must provide three potential future guests whom they personally know and reasonably believe could contribute value to a United States Real Estate Investor® podcast or media production.

The guest must provide the following information for each referral:

• Name
• Email address

A referral does not guarantee that the person will be contacted, approved, or booked.

The referring guest is not responsible for whether a referred person accepts an invitation or completes a future booking.

This requirement helps United States Real Estate Investor® maintain an active guest pipeline and continue producing valuable conversations for its audience.

Important Booking Conditions

By continuing with the booking process, the guest acknowledges and agrees that:

• There is no fee to participate in the approved appearance
• A valid payment card must be placed on file
• The card will not be charged when the booking is completed
• United States Real Estate Investor® may charge the card $100 if the guest cancels fewer than sixty (60) calendar days before the scheduled recording start time
• United States Real Estate Investor® may charge the card $100 if the guest fails to appear at any time during the scheduled recording
• Arriving late does not constitute a no-show
• Late arrival does not guarantee participation, additional recording time, or rescheduling
• The attendance commitment fee applies regardless of the reason for the late cancellation or absence
• The attendance commitment fee is nonrefundable
• The guest is responsible for the confirmed date, arrival time, scheduled recording time, time zone, equipment, internet connection, and joining instructions
• The guest must provide three potential future guest referrals
• United States Real Estate Investor® may approve, decline, cancel, or reschedule an appearance at its discretion
• Completing the booking process does not guarantee that a recording will be published, distributed, or used

Payment Authorization

By continuing, the guest expressly authorizes United States Real Estate Investor® to securely save the payment method provided through Stripe and charge that payment method $100 if the guest:

• Cancels the confirmed appearance fewer than sixty (60) calendar days before the scheduled recording start time
• Fails to appear at any time during the confirmed scheduled recording

The guest understands that arriving late does not constitute a no-show, but late arrival does not guarantee participation, additional recording time, or rescheduling.

The guest also understands that the attendance commitment fee applies regardless of the reason for the late cancellation or absence and is nonrefundable.

This authorization applies only to the confirmed media appearance associated with this booking.

The saved payment method WILL NOT be used for any unrelated purchase, service, or charge.

Final Confirmation

Do not continue unless you understand and agree to both booking requirements:

1. The $100 card-on-file attendance commitment
2. The three potential guest referrals requirement
