Major 2025 Logistics Lease in New Jersey
In 2025, Box Park Logistics Center in Cinnaminson, New Jersey secured a massive 1.2 million square feet lease. This deal marks the largest industrial real estate transaction that year in the Philadelphia region.
The transaction highlights the increasing demand for expansive logistics spaces in Southeastern Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey. It demonstrates the appeal of Class-A warehouse facilities with modern amenities. One notable feature of the Box Park Logistics Center is its LEED Certification, ensuring energy and environmental design compliance. Its location on U.S. Route 130, nine miles from the Port of Philadelphia, offers significant import-export logistics benefits.
