What Sherley Farms Will Bring to Anna

Change is taking shape in Anna as Sherley Farms introduces a 970-acre master-planned community built around a 65-acre organic working farm.

The development places community agriculture at the center of daily life, with the farm supplying fresh produce, hosting educational programs, and serving as a shared gathering place owned by the homeowners association. Similar large-scale housing efforts elsewhere show how mixed-use buildings and walkable planning can support long-term community growth.

Positioned near downtown Anna, east of Highway 5 and minutes from U.S. Highway 75, the project links residents to Geer Park and the city through trails and walkable design. The first phase is expected to include an amenity center with a resort-style pool and green space.

Sherley Farms also advances farm wellness by framing agriculture as a lifestyle amenity tied to sustainability, connection, and healthier routines.
