The WELLthy Investor’s Farewell: A Journey to Holistic Success
The WELLthy Investor podcast, a cornerstone of combining wealth and wellness, has come to its final episode.
Hosted by Mattias and Erica Clymer, this episode marks a pivotal transition into their next big project—The REI Agent.
While change can be daunting, the episode was filled with inspiration, excitement, and reflections on the power of balance in life.
In their final WELLthy episode, Mattias and Erica shared invaluable insights that not only encapsulated the journey of the show but also teased what’s to come.
End of an Era: A New Beginning
“This is the last episode, guys. We’re leaving,” Mattias declared at the start, to which Erica quickly added, “We’re not leaving, we’re just moving over.”
This emotional moment marked the conclusion of The WELLthy Investor and the beginning of The REI Agent.
Their rebranding isn’t an end but an evolution, as Mattias noted, “It’s really just an evolution.”
The shift towards The REI Agent came from a desire to focus more intently on real estate agents, without abandoning their core message of achieving success holistically.
The Power of Balance: Wealth and Wellness United
Throughout the final episode, the hosts reflected on their commitment to not only building wealth through real estate investing but also focusing on the wellness side of life.
This dual approach is something they’ve championed for their audience from the very beginning.
Erica, who played a pivotal role in interviewing guests about their life stories, emphasized the importance of asking deeper questions:
“How did that happen? What did you think about this now, reflecting back on it?”
This reflective style of questioning led guests to open up about their struggles and successes, going beyond their portfolios to reveal how mindset, gratitude, and balance helped them succeed in all areas of life.
How to Win at Life and Real Estate
“We see real estate as a vehicle to living the good life,” Mattias shared passionately, encapsulating what The WELLthy Investor was all about.
The show wasn’t just about achieving financial freedom—it was about doing so in a way that enriched your whole life, including your relationships, mental health, and personal well-being.
Erica chimed in, highlighting that many of the successful real estate professionals they spoke with had one thing in common: “They approach life in a very similar way, thinking big, taking risks, and practicing gratitude.”
This mindset, paired with a focus on living a balanced lifestyle, unlocked opportunities for these individuals that may have seemed unattainable otherwise.
What’s Next? Welcome to The REI Agent
The shift to The REI Agent is an exciting new chapter for Mattias and Erica.
RELATED CONTENT
With a renewed focus on real estate agents transitioning into successful investors, the content will take a more strategic turn.
“We’re really focused a little bit more on agents,” Mattias explained.
The podcast will now deliver two episodes each week—Tuesdays for those interested in agent-specific content and Thursdays for those who want more investment-driven insights.
This rebranding also aligns with Mattias’s upcoming book, a three-part series that covers how real estate agents can start their investing career with little to no money.
“It’s going to be about starting with no money, building momentum, and then maximizing once you’re killing it,” he shared.
Inspiration for the Future: “Go Out There and Get It”
The episode ended with gratitude and excitement for what’s to come. Mattias and Erica thanked their loyal listeners who’ve followed along with their journey on The WELLthy Investor.
Erica encouraged listeners to leave reviews and feedback, saying, “If you enjoy the podcast, please let us know and leave a review.”
But perhaps the most inspiring moment came when Mattias gave one last piece of advice for aspiring investors:
“We want to have guests on that inspire us personally, that hopefully inspire you to go out there and get it.”
Closing Remarks: A Call to Action
As they transition to The REI Agent, Mattias and Erica left their audience with an uplifting message: the pursuit of wealth and success does not have to come at the cost of your well-being.
Instead, with the right mindset, a focus on balance, and a commitment to growth, you can thrive in both areas.
So, if you’re ready to take the next step in your real estate investing journey, head over to The REI Agent and continue learning how to turn your career as an agent into a path toward financial freedom and personal wellness.

(00:00) Mattias:
This is The WELLthy Investor Show, where we don’t just talk about your wealth, we also talk about your holistic health.
I’m your host, Mattias.
(00:09) Erica:
And I’m Erica.
(00:11) Mattias:
And this is The WELLthy Investor. Welcome back to The WELLthy Investor. It’s the last episode, guys.
We’re leaving. How do you feel about this, Erica?
(00:19) Erica:
We’re starting something new. No, it’s exciting.
Yeah, it is. We’re not leaving. We’re just moving over.
(00:28) Mattias:
We’re transitioning over. So please, please, please, please, please go follow us on The REI Agent. As you can see in the description, we are rebranding to The REI Agent from The WELLthy Investor.
And it’s really just an evolution, if you will. We decided that we’re really focused a little bit more—our niche is a little bit more on agents than it is just kind of investors and agents. That was kind of a sub-genre, a sub-theme before, if you will.
But we want to really bring that into the forefront, partially because I am writing a book about starting your real estate investing career as an agent or starting your agent career and your investing career. It’s going to be a three-part book at this point, at least. Still in the process, still in the works.
But basically, how to start with no money, being an agent and investing in real estate, and moving up to when you have a little bit of equity, you have a little bit of money, you have a little bit of momentum in your business, that stage.
And then when you’re killing it, how do you maximize? So this is a natural progression.
(01:37) Erica:
I think the general format of the conversation will be very similar. And I’ve always been, my role as part of the podcast has been to talk with our guests about their lives and what they’ve been through and how they have overcome certain challenges to get to where they are today.
So I get to ask those kinds of questions, and those will still come up in a very similar way.
(02:06) Mattias:
I love when you’re on the podcast with me, because you just hit a question I would never think of.
And it just always cuts through somehow. And it’s like, it takes people back. It’s not like it’s… I don’t think they’re looking back on it like, “Oh, I wish I didn’t say that” or anything like that.
But it’s like it’s just this question that makes them think, and it makes them open up and be more authentic. Because I think sometimes people come on here and they’re very, very rehearsed in what they typically talk about in podcasts.
And they’re not used to having a therapist interview them.
(02:38) Erica:
Yeah. Yeah. I get to ask a lot more of the processing questions.
How did that happen? What did you think about this now, reflecting back on it?
(02:57) Mattias:
And that’s what I’m really loving about it. I think that we kind of hit a few different aspects in every episode.
We don’t really… We’re not really scripting. It’s probably obvious.
But we want to have a more naturally flowing conversation and have really good guests on that inspire us personally, that hopefully then inspire you as well to go out there and get it.
(03:26) Mattias:
Now, so talking a little bit logistically about the formatting of this, how the show, The REI Agent, is going to be, we will have agent-specific shows about talking about sales.
This could also lend itself really well to people who just are interested in business building.
That’s going to be a big part of the prospect of this process as well, is how do you build up a business? If you are an entrepreneur that has everything, you do everything in your business, we’re going to be talking about how to get out of that trap a little bit as part of this process as well.
So if you’re not an agent, there might be some value that you get still on Tuesdays.
(04:05) Mattias:
Now, if you are mainly just an investor or investor-focused person, Thursdays are going to be what we talk about with more just investors in general.
So if you want to just follow along for the investment side of things, Thursdays are going to be your jam. But yeah, so we’re really excited about this transition.
Again, this can be two episodes a week now, so we’re going to have hopefully some more momentum built up with that, talking to overall just high-achieving people that are out there killing it and that are out there trying to live their best life the best way they can, intentional.
How do you stay grounded? How do you try to find balance? How do you stay healthy? How do you keep your mind right?
(04:49) Mattias:
How do you balance your family and your relationships? All that good stuff is what we’re going to keep talking about because really, we see real estate as a vehicle to living the good life.
(05:08) Erica:
And I think if you have been following along up to this point, then you’ve listened to all of the different episodes.
I at least have noticed that there are patterns that have emerged and common themes about how like the mindset. A lot of the people that—the guests that we’ve been talking to—they tend to approach life in a very similar way and have a very pretty, I’d say, pretty similar way of like approaching challenges or trying to get through something really tough.
(05:33) Erica:
And that has let them think really big and take risks, and it has rewarded them and gotten them to the place where they can live in different parts of the country for a part of the year or has unlocked opportunities that maybe they would not have otherwise seen if they weren’t thinking more freely or practicing gratitude or having a different kind of mindset.
Or if they weren’t living a balanced lifestyle. Anyway, but that piece of it I think is really interesting if you’ve kind of followed along up till now, and I’m curious to see if that will continue in our future episodes.
(06:09) Mattias:
Yeah, I think that we’ve talked about how I especially have found kind of a new home with some of my investing community that I have or a new community I should say with the investing people that I’ve been talking with.
And then on the show especially, I think there’s a big community of people who have read similar books that kind of get them to think in a similar way, and I love it because I think for the most part, people are thinking abundantly in this space, and that leads to us cheering each other on and being happy for each other’s successes and freely sharing what we know.
Because we know that we got information from other people that got us to where we’re at, and there’s plenty out there to go around so we want to see other people win.
(06:57) Mattias:
That’s kind of, yeah, that’s what we’re all about. That’s what we’re looking forward to share.
So definitely, definitely we want you to go ahead and go to The REI Agent and subscribe on whatever platform you’re in. We actually have TheREIAgent.com as well, where you can get an RSS feed of the episodes as well.
That’s going to be ongoing. There’s going to be more stuff coming out there, but for now, just go subscribe to that so that you don’t miss the next episodes.
(07:29) Mattias:
Anyway, we look forward to our next guests on The REI Agent and whoever has listened to us religiously over here on The WELLthy Investor, we really thank you.
It means a lot to us, and I hope that you can find a lot of value and information in the transition into the new REI Agent.
(07:48) Erica:
And please leave us reviews too. We love reading them.
(08:00) Mattias:
Yeah. And if you have a niche topic that you want to hear about specifically, we can try to find a guest that matches that and talk about it more specifically.
That could be investing, that could be something within the agent world as well.
(08:13) Mattias:
So yeah, we love you guys. Thank you so much for tuning in.
